Calisthenics Games Team Relay – Partner Edition Get ready to push your limits in a fun, high-energy partner competition. The Calisthenics Games Team Relay returns with a new format — teams of 2 athletes working together to complete a series of calisthenics challenges. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, this event is designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork in a competitive but supportive environment. Bring a partner and take on the challenge together. How It Works • Teams of 2 athletes will compete in a relay-style workout using classic calisthenics movements such as pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats, burpees, and more. • Each team must complete a set number of total reps per movement. • Athletes will alternate turns, tagging their partner after completing their reps. • The team that finishes the full circuit first with proper form wins. Example Team Set (Total reps completed together) 200 Squats 50 Pull-ups 100 Dips 150 Push-ups Why Join • Inclusive for all levels – movements can be scaled for beginners and challenging for advanced athletes. • Partner competition – push each other and work together under pressure. • Fun and competitive environment with real judging and structured workouts. • Prizes for the top teams.
