Get ready to push your limits in a fun, team-based event! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, we’ve got a place for YOU in our Calisthenics Team Relay event. Teams will compete in a reps & sets relay race that will test your endurance, strength, and teamwork. This is your chance to challenge yourself and have fun with friends. Here's how it works: Teams of 3 people will take on different calisthenics exercises (Push-ups, Squats, Burpees, Pull-ups, and more!). Each team member will complete a set number of reps per movement. You must tag your teammate to take your place after completion. Example Set: 200 Squats/ 50 Pull-ups/ 100 Dips/ 150 Push-ups (as a team) First team to complete the circuit wins! 💥 Challenges: -Longest Dead Hang -Longest Handstand -Longest Ring Support Hold -Longest Plank Prizes and Awards: Win Prizes For Top Performers. Here Are the Runs Beginners (Athlete Minimum Is 25 Per Movement/10 For Push-Ups) 100 Body Squats 100 Knee Raises 100 1/2 Burpees 60 Hand Release Push-Ups Intermediate (Athlete Minimum) (Burpee 20 For Women/ 30 For Men) (SB Push-Ups 40 For Women/ 50 For Men) (Squats 60 For Both Women/Men) (Pull-Up- 10 For Women/ 20 For Men) 100 Burpee With Hop (Both Hands Must Touch Bar Above Head) 150 Straight Bar Push-Ups For Women/200 Straight Bar Push-Ups For Men 300 Squats 50 Pull-Ups For Women/100 Pull-Ups For Men Advanced To Be Announced Rules: Your Team Must Start Inside “The Pit”. Once The Clock Starts You Can Perform Your Reps In The Designated Area With “The Strap” On Your Wrist.
