🔥 MAIN EVENT — THE CALISTHENICS COURSE Overview: The Calisthenics Games course is designed to test all major elements of bodyweight strength, endurance, and control — adaptable for every level, from Entry Level to Elite. Each participant will move through five stations, each worth a set number of points. Form, control, and consistency are key. Calisthenics Games Station Breakdown Station 1: Pull-Ups / Ring Rows Perform until failure — strict form, full range of motion. Station 2: Squats 1.5-minute max out — touch the band every rep, full extension at the top. Station 3: Push-Ups Go until failure — chest to target, full lockout each time. Station 4: Burpees 1.5-minute max out — full plan-out and stand tall every rep. Station 5: Dips Until failure — shoulder below elbow, return to full lockout. 🧩 Station 1: Pull-Ups / Ring Rows Purpose: Test upper-body pulling strength and endurance. Setup: • A wall will be placed 14 inches in front of the athlete to ensure controlled motion. • Judges will issue a “tap” cue before every rep. Form Rules (Pull-Ups): • Grip: Thumbs just outside shoulder width (no wide or narrow grips). • Start: Full dead hang position. • Perform: Pull until chin clears the bar. • Return: Full dead hang — elbows fully extended. • Feet may not touch the box or wall. • Each rep starts on the judge’s tap — premature reps do not count. • Continue until failure. Form Rules (Ring Rows): • Body must remain rigid, chest and hips aligned. • Start at lockout position, heels planted. • On tap, pull until elbows pass the body. • Return to start position and wait for next tap. • Continue until failure. Levels: • Entry Level: Ring Rows (Bodyweight) • Beginner Level: Pull-Ups + Band (25 lbs of assistance) • Intermediate: Pull-Ups (Bodyweight) • Advanced: Weighted Pull-Ups (+10 lbs Women / +35 lbs Men) ⚖️ GENERAL JUDGING STANDARDS Scoring: • 2 points per rep Station 2 – Squats Purpose: To test lower-body strength, control, and full-range motion under standardized judging. Rules: • Every athlete will be measured with their feet positioned just outside hip width — no excessively wide or narrow stance. • A band will be set 7 inches behind the point of knee bend to ensure consistent squat depth across all athletes. • Start in a full standing position. • Wait for the judge’s tap to initiate each rep. • Descend until your backside touches the band, then return to a full standing lockout. • You must wait for the judge’s t
